Web Design & Graphic Design (P&A)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

To assist and develop strategies for the company's marketing campaign through Branding & Publicity To design graphics for marketing campaign such as Catalog, Packaging, Presentation tools, Promotion item, event & etc. Produce good & convincing design. Carry out Concept, Layout Design, Finish Artwork, Output the artworks, etc.
Bring ideas to life on web platforms. Able to conceptualize and create.
Able to produce brilliant user experiences using the latest web technologies.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement websites from storyboards to mock-ups.
Work independently and as part of a team to create and troubleshoot web applications
Conduct ongoing research of cutting edge web applications and best practices.
To assist in developing and executing concept, design, presentation and output for above-the-line and below-the-line projects.
Design & manage work from concept to final artwork.
Able to handle constructive criticism and work independently.
Produce tidy mock-ups for presentation.
Work within stipulated timelines.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree holder from Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications or equivalent, max. 32 years, Male.

Be able to work independently, motivated, working with minimum supervision and good team player as well.

Required skill(s):

Solid understanding of Web Design techniques.
Proficient in graphics creation with Adobe Creation Suite.
Ability to diagnose and fix browser compatibility issues.
Experienced in developing banner ads, e-mail campaigns, brochure and web sites.
Strong foundation in colour selection concept in design.
Familiar with Web Technologies APIs like Facebook, Twitter, Google and HTML5.
Work closely with the System Engineer to scale the service to meet production demands.
Work closely with Designers to collect and analyse usability metrics and rapidly iterate on the service.
Proficient in hand-coding: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JQuery, AJAX, Javascript is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Mobile Web Development is an advantage.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are welcome if able to provide strong portfolio on website or interface design.
A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
Excellent communication skills
Good proficiency in English, both written & spoken, is a must
Willing to travel
