Responsibilities:
- Keeping up-to-date with latest web hosting technology
- Keeping up-to-date with latest server and network troubleshooting skills
- Keeping up-to-date with latest optimization and security advisories from various web hosting softwares (e.g PHP and cPanel)
- Maintain (e.g configure, secure, optimize) web infrastructure of BoxIntense's clients
- Assisting clients with technical support enquiries
- Troubleshoot and repair server and network related technical problems
- Research on server and network optimizations and hardening techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- Understanding of general IT and web hosting technnologies
- Troubleshooting skills in web applications from both server and network sides
- Excels in both oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Linux Server Operating System
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript & PHP (on code levels)
- Deep understanding and troubleshooting skills in Apache, BIND, PHP (on software levels) and MySQL
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
